Bank One opens 15th Branch at Cascavelle Shopping Village

Bank One has officially opened its fifteenth branch at Cascavelle Shopping Village, under the leadership of Benoît Motee on Thursday evening. This bank is now located in the west of the country.
“We have reached exactly where we wanted to be in our early days, four years ago,” said Anne Marie Koo, Head of Retail at Bank One. During these years, some branches have been relocated, others have been opened and still others have been renovated. “This is to reflect the concept retail banking at Bank One,” she said while pointing out that the new branches have a unique factor: “There is no queue in our branches and our customers are at ease. They can also have free access to the internet. ”
Sarit Shah, the director of I & M Bank and shareholder of Bank One said that the opening of new branches shows the appreciation of customers towards this bank which offers a lot in terms of products and services. “A nice thing at Bank One is that we connect to the needs of our customers,” he said. He said that Bank One will continue to offer new products to its customers because “we see to it that whatever is promised is delivered.
Jean-Pierre Dalais, chairman of the board of directors at Bank One, said he was pleased with the Bank’s strategy for its development during the past four years in terms of retail banking. “This can be verified by the growing number of accounts which are being opened,” he added. He also said that Bank One is on the right track and “we are very proud of our success”.
