Cascavelle Shopping Village Opening On Friday 28th October
After the inauguration of Bagatelle Mall, the west coast of Mauritius is soon to welcome its first shopping mall, the Cascavelle Commercial Village. There will be a soft opening for the largest shopping center of the west coast of Mauritius on Friday 28 October before the grand opening which is scheduled in November.
Cascavelle Commercial Village is situated at the at the junction of the roads going to Rivière Noire and Flic en Flac. The new shops have already begun to set up their shops. There will be about sixty shops at Cascavelle Shopping village, local and international brand shops, a food court and Pick & Pay supermarket which is one of Africa’s largest and most consistently successful retailers of food, general merchandise and clothing.
The Cascavelle Commercial Village also includes a corner for relaxation and recreation. The commercial center has shades of colonial architecture similar to the Bagatelle Mall.
The shopping center is on two levels, with terraces giving a beautiful view of Flic Of Flac lagoon.
The Construction works for the first phase started back in May 2010 and the complex is scheduled to welcome its first visitors in a couple of days, on the 28 October 2011.
