Grand baie La Croisette Residential Complex: 14 Additional Apartments to be constructed
The promoters of Grand Baie La Croisette ( GBLC) has increased the number of residential apartments. Initially, 50 apartments should have been constructed under the Real Estate Scheme, but they have now decided to construct sixty four.
This was necessary because of the increasing demands registered for the apartments since the end of last year. Consequently the architecture of the residential complex of GBLC was modified. The 14 new apartments which will be penthouses will be located in the 4th floor of the two blocks of the residential complex.
The construction of the fifty luxurious apartments has already started, concerning the fourteen additions ones the construction will start in April. The work will be completed in September 2012 coinciding with the opening of the commercial center.

Phase I will have 50 luxury apartments on 4 levels with all the modern comforts and all the conveniences available within a few meters away, Grand Baie La Croisette offers a residential component that will meet the demand of your lifestyle.
The commercial centre will consists of shops and restaurants in the first floor. The residents will be able to relax in swimming pools which will be at the roof of the two residential blocks. There will be 77 parking spaces for the residents and visitors.
The promoter of the project is Plevitz Realty Ltd which is the main shareholder of MaxCity Properties. The portfolio on MaxCity Properties includes Emerald Park of Trianon, One Cathedral Square Building of Port Louis and the Cybercity of Ebene.
The aim of the GBLC project is to give a new dimension for tourism, residential developments, leisure and shopping in the North of the island. The GBLC project which will consists of office spaces will be developed in various phases. More than 500 people will be employed in the project.
The promoters of the project are inspired by the Montmartre of Paris, The Rocks of Sydney, Covent Gardens of London, Mandella Square at Sandton ( Johannesbourg) and Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco to set up this project.
