Success rate of 68.56% in the CPE Results 2011

UPDATE: 14 December 2011  – List of boys and girls admitted in the national colleges of  Mauritius

The CPE results were reported early this morning by the Mauritius Examination Syndicate (MES). The success rate in the examinations of the Certificate of Primary Education (CPE) for 2011 is 68.56% compared to 68.54% last year.

The director of the MES, Lucien Finette mentioned that he is satisfied with the performance achieved by the candidates. “We need to know that more than 75% of the candidates who have succeeded, are of the students who were at their first attempt in the CPE examinations,” he said and also mentioned that more work should be done to improve the success rate.
